MYFutureJobs are currently assisting a reputable company in the manufacturing and distribution sector to source a skilled Business Process Owner (BPO) — ERP APAC based in Johor Bahru.

This is a senior individual contributor role within the Distribution department, reporting to a Manager / Senior Manager. The BPO owns end-to-end business process performance within the company's ERP ecosystem, acting as the bridge between strategic direction and day-to-day system operations across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, document, and govern the scope and objectives of assigned end-to-end business processes within the ERP environment
• Ensure all processes are strategically aligned with business goals and continuously optimised for efficiency
• Own process mapping efforts — both as-is and to-be states — and validate changes prior to implementation
• Collaborate with functional consultants, Global Teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless process handoffs
• Drive and support change management initiatives, including stakeholder communications and training
• Oversee testing and validation of new processes and system configurations before go-live
• Provide post-implementation support, monitor process performance, and adjust as needed
• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date process documentation accessible to all relevant parties

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business process management, with at least 2 years in an ERP environment
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (D365FO) preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Microsoft ERP certifications are an advantage
