JOB SCOPE
1. Content Planning & Strategy
- Develop creative ideas and content concepts aligned with brand goals
- Plan content calendar for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Research trends, competitors, and viral content
2. Videography (Production)
- Plan and execute video shoots (indoor & outdoor)
- Handle camera equipment, lighting, and audio setup
- Direct talents or subjects during filming
- Ensure high-quality video and visual output
3. Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit videos using software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro)
- Add transitions, effects, subtitles, music, and graphics
- Optimize videos for different platforms (short-form & long-form)
4. Content Creation (Multimedia)
- Create engaging content including videos, reels, and short clips
- Assist in basic photography when required
- Write captions, scripts, and storytelling elements
5. Social Media Management
- Upload and schedule content across platforms
- Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares)
- Respond to audience interactions when necessary
6. Performance Analysis
- Track content performance and analytics
- Identify what content works best and improve strategy
- Provide reports and insights for future content planning
7. Collaboration & Branding
- Work closely with marketing or creative teams
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and messaging
- Support campaigns, events, and product launches
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
