LITIGATION CLERK (RUNNING DOWN)
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must possess at least a Diploma.
- At least 2–5 years of experience in litigation support in a law firm will be an added advantage.
- Being organized and systematic in file management and works.
- Experience in running down practice legal firm will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and computer system.
- Hardworking, willing to learn and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Well organized and have an eye for details.
- Experience handling High Court and Subordinate Court matters.
- Good command of the spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience preparing bundles of documents and court filings.

Responsibilities
- Assist lawyers in preparing and filing court documents for litigation matters.
- Manage cause papers, pleadings, and bundles of documents.
- Handle e-filing and online court systems, including filing documents through Malaysian Judiciary’s e-filing platform.
- Monitor case deadlines, hearing dates, and court schedules.
- Liaise with court registries, process servers, and clients where necessary.
- Assist in service of documents, extraction of orders, and follow-up with court registries.
- Maintain and organise physical and electronic litigation files.
- Assist in preparation of hearing bundles and trial bundles.
- Perform other litigation-related administrative tasks as required.
