Role Summary:

The Injection Molding Engineer supports daily manufacturing operations by ensuring stable molding processes, consistent product quality, and efficient production flow. The role involves developing and optimizing injection molding parameters, maintaining molds and equipment, and collaborating across departments to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the injection molding department to meet production and quality targets.
• Develop, optimize and maintain injection molding processes to ensure product consistency and efficiency.
• Participate in injection mold design review and manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and maintain molds and equipment to reduce downtime and improve performance.
• Work closely with all departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Assist in troubleshooting process and quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance yield and reduce production costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation or related field.
• At least have 2 years experiences in related field. (Metal Injection Molding experience is an advantage.)
