- Needs Assessment & Solution Presentation: Understand client needs and clearly articulate how the company's products or services provide solutions, emphasizing value.
- Sales & Negotiation: Present tailored solutions, negotiate prices and terms, and secure sales agreements to close deals and achieve revenue goals.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics within the company's CRM system.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Work with internal departments like Marketing and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction and seamless integration of feedback.
