Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for attending LCL loading and direct loading activities as coordinated by the superior.
• Responsible for making payment of port charges and warehouse charges when required.
• Responsible for obtaining approval from the Port Authority for direct receiving.
• Assist and arrange for a Cargo Survey by the consignee or warehouse operator if cargo is found damaged prior to loading, when necessary.
• Prepare weekly vessel reports, including vessel name, tonnage, quantity of coils, etc., when the superior is on leave.
• Report, photograph, and verify any coil damage at the port together with the Port Operation Executive, shipping agent, and contractor, and submit the information to management via the designated WhatsApp group.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
