Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, and remote assistance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights.
• Escalate complex technical issues to relevant vendors or senior IT personnel.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
