Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project activities and site progress
- Monitor project schedule, work quality, and deadlines
- Prepare reports, progress updates, and project documentation
- Liaise with consultants, contractor, suppliers, and authorities
- Attend site meetings and record meeting minutes
- Assist in claim submissions, variation orders(VO), and project costing
- Support Project Manager in overall project execution
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in related field
- 1-3 years experience in construction/project coordination
- Experience in building, infrastructure, or renovation project is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to read drawing and specification
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
