Location: Penang, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

• Assist SHO in maintaining safety documentation and site compliance
• Ensure compliance with Department of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia requirements and Malaysian OSH regulations
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard identification (HIRARC)
• Enforce safe work procedures and proper use of PPE
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure safety compliance
• Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings
• Maintain safety records and documentation
• Work with project team and subcontractors to improve site safety

Requirements:

• Registered Site Safety Supervisor with Department of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia
• Minimum 2–3 years of construction experience
• Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
• NEBOSH / IOSH is an advantage

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
