Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations within the hotel premises.
• Supervise and support security guards on duty.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with local authorities when necessary.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security records.
• Provide guidance to guests and staff on safety matters.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in security management is an advantage.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in security or law enforcement, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Physically fit and able to handle emergency situations.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, emergency procedures, and basic first aid.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
