The PIC / Resident Doctor is responsible for providing comprehensive primary healthcare services, including patient consultation, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and chronic disease management. The role serves as the Person In Charge (PIC) of the clinic, ensuring compliance with medical regulations, clinical governance standards, and company policies. The doctor oversees daily clinical operations, maintains accurate medical records, performs minor procedures, supervises clinic staff, and promotes high standards of patient care and safety. The position also requires active participation in continuous professional development and adherence to Malaysian medical laws and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MBBS/MD) recognized by the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC)
• Valid MMC registration and Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
• Minimum 1–3 years post-housemanship clinical experience
• BLS certification (ACLS is an added advantage)
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience in primary care or general practice preferred

Pay: RM8,000.00 per month
