Job Description

Responsibilities

Are you a results-driven sales professional ready to drive B2B growth in the PC rental and sales space? We are looking for an Account Manager to join our commercial team and expand our footprint across businesses and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for generating new business through proactive cold calling to corporates, colleges, and other organizations for PC/desktop rental and sales opportunities.
  • You'll also manage existing client accounts by following up on renewals, upsells, and extensions, while handling buy and sell enquiries. Maintaining strong client relationships to secure repeat business is key.
  • In this role, you'll prepare and submit tender documents, including pricing and compliance paperwork, and follow up on tender results with negotiation.
  • Tracking leads, pipeline, and conversion in CRM, updating rental inventory and contract status, and reporting on B2B sales and rental performance are part of your daily tasks.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in IT or PC rental.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, comfort with cold calling, and proficiency in CRM tools.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
