Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to support daily warehouse and container operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth loading and unloading activities, accurate documentation, timely shipment coordination, and overall warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect the condition of empty and laden containers upon receipt.
• Assist with warehouse activities including labelling, stretch wrapping, and general handling tasks.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors regarding container and shipment status.
• Check export shipment closing times three (3) times daily and ensure DND containers are completed within free time.
• Monitor and arrange warehouse space for empty and laden containers during loading and unloading.
• Track loading and unloading progress, capture photos and videos, and provide real-time updates to internal teams.
• Prepare daily tally sheets for warehouse in-and-out container movements.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and verify forklifts are in good working condition before operations begin.
• Assist in monitoring and resolving daily shipment and operational issues.

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or container operations is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of transloading shipments and warehouse procedures.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Willing to work extended hours, shifts, and overtime as required to meet operational demands.
