MRKB Bookstores Hiring! Full Time Account Assistant in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,400 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Issue invoices, official receipts, and maintain proper sales documentation
• Record daily sales transactions and update accounting system
• Monitor accounts receivable (credit customers such as schools/companies) and follow up on outstanding payments
• Assist in accounts payable including supplier invoices and payment processing
• Perform basic bank reconciliation and ensure accurate financial records
• Support monthly closing, stock count reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Need to follow up on credit sales collection
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery orders for bulk or corporate purchases (e.g., schools, offices)
• Track and update order status, delivery, and returns/refunds
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow up on orders or special requests
• Support online marketing activities such as promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and retail procedures
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1-year experiences
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
• Able to multitask, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and responsible

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
