Centorix Precision Hiring! Full Time Account Executive in Johor, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow, and management reports
• Monitor customer ageing and follow up on overdue payments
• Manage supplier invoices, payment schedules, and monthly payment cycles
• Maintain fixed asset records, journal entries, and foreign exchange transactions
• Ensure compliance with SST, withholding tax (WHT), E-Invoicing, and statutory requirements
• Handle E-Invoicing processes, invoice validation, and LHDN compliance
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities
• Support stock reconciliation, costing analysis, and closing stock documentation
• Prepare HS Code classification documentation for import and export operations
• Support ad-hoc accounting, finance, and administrative duties assigned by Management

Requirements

• LCCI / ACCA / Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Familiar with accounting software such as AutoCount is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SST, E-Invoicing, and statutory compliance requirements
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

*Availability: Able to start immediately or within a short notice period.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
