Responsibilities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1) Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
2) Knowledgeable and experienced in using SQL Systems is an advantage.
3) Detail-oriented & able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
4) Flexible and adaptable to handle a variety of tasks and changing priorities.
5) Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
6) Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
7) Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage as the role involves communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support.
2) Coordinate appointments, schedules, and meetings.
3) Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence.
4) Maintain records, databases, and filing systems.
5) Liaise with clients, vendors, and external parties.
6) Follow up on inquiries, requests, and ongoing matters.
7) Assist with documentation, contract preparation, and data entry.
8) Coordinate internal and external communications.
9) Support management with ad hoc operational and administrative duties.
10) Ensure smooth office operations and task execution.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
