The AI Product Engineer will design, build, and scale enterprise-grade AI platforms that transform complex operational data into actionable intelligence and automated workfl ows. Working across multimodal data sources, cloud infrastructure, and modern AI ecosystems, the successful candidate will develop production-ready AI solutions that balance innovation, reliability, governance, and business impact. The role requires strong engineering fundamentals, product thinking, and the ability to deliver secure and auditable AI systems in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise AI Solution Engineering - Design and develop scalable AI-powered applications, workfl ow systems, and intelligent automation platforms using Python and modern AI frameworks. Build solutions that transform unstructured and structured enterprise data into operational insights and business outcomes.

AI Workfl ow & Orchestration Development - Build and maintain AI orchestration layers, APIs, asynchronous processing systems, and human-in-the-loop workfl ows. Implement robust monitoring, auditability, versioning, and governance controls across AI applications.

Multimodal Data Engineering - Develop pipelines capable of processing and integrating multiple data sources, including documents, images, video, sensor data, and operational records. Ensure data quality, traceability, and effi cient processing across the AI ecosystem.

AI Product Delivery & Optimization - Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions. Continuously evaluate model performance, workfl ow effectiveness, and user feedback to drive iterative product improvements.

Cloud & Platform Architecture - Design secure and scalable cloud-native architectures leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP. Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for reliability, performance, security, and compliance.

Intelligence Extraction & Decision Systems - Develop AI systems capable of anomaly detection, intelligence extraction, evidence reconciliation, confi dence scoring, and decision-support workfl ows. Build feedback-driven systems that continuously improve through human review and operational insights.

Governance, Security & Compliance - Implement enterprise-grade controls covering access management, permissions, audit trails, model governance, and data security. Ensure all AI solutions align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Prerequisites

5+ years of software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning engineering, or backend platform development experience. Proven experience delivering production-grade applications and enterprise technology solutions. Experience working in Agile product development environments.

Strong hands-on experience with: Python, FastAPI or equivalent backend frameworks, REST APIs and microservices architecture, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), PostgreSQL and relational databases, Asynchronous processing and distributed systems, Enterprise backend application development, Git-based development workfl ows

AI & Data Engineering Experience: Practical experience with LLM APIs and AI application development, Prompt engineering and AI workfl ow orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector databases, Data processing pipelines, Model evaluation and monitoring, Multimodal AI applications (documents, images, video, etc.)

Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, PydanticAI, CrewAI, or similar orchestration frameworks. Exposure to MLOps practices and AI deployment pipelines. Experience designing secure and compliant AI architectures. Prior experience in enterprise SaaS, fi ntech, logistics, healthcare, or operational intelligence platforms.

Communication & Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
