About us:

Poji's Tempe is a based company located in Bukit Gambir, Tangkak, Johor. We are a company that produce tempe by using a good quality of soy bean. We are committed to supply our product to all over Malaysia including in northern area. Our goal is to be able to give a good service to our customers and expand our business in the process of manufacturing and supplying progressive fresh tempe to the local market.

At the moment, we manage to have seven (7) outlets in Malaysia which are in Bukit Gambir, Batu Pahat, Pontian, Seremban, Sabak Bernam, Kuala Lumpur, and Kedah. We are grateful that our product has been certified by Halal Jakim, My Food Tag, MesTI and Buatan Malaysia as this has given us a competitive advantage to do more!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections within production to maintain product quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor and assess product conditions during production, storage, and preparation for distribution to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document inspection findings with photos, videos, and reports, noting any issues or improvements needed.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to address and resolve quality concerns.
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance quality control processes and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and keep documentation organized for audits and compliance purposes.
• Assist with additional tasks assigned by the team leader to support overall quality and production goals.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Quality Control, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have own transport.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to complete inspections and tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting.
• Bonus: Familiarity with ChatGPT and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs).
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience is a plus but not required.
