Job Summary

Support kitchen operations by preparing food labels, organizing storage items, and ensuring accurate product identification.

Key Responsibilities

Food Labelling & Storage Support

o Create and print food labels and stickers according to operational requirements.

o Apply labels and stickers to containers, jars, packaging, and food storage items.

o Ensure all labels contain accurate information, including product name, preparation date, expiry date, and batch details.

o Assist in organizing and arranging labelled items in designated storage areas.

Inventory & Operational Support

o Support stock organization and storage activities.

o Assist with packing, portioning, and preparation of food items when required.

o Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure proper product identification and stock rotation.

o Monitor and report damaged containers, labels, or storage issues.

· Hygiene, Safety & Compliance

o Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment.

o Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operational SOPs.

o Ensure proper handling and storage of food products.

o Comply with workplace safety and sanitation standards.

Cleaning & Housekeeping

o Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, shelves, containers, and workstations.

o Ensure labelling equipment and work areas are organized and properly maintained.

o Assist with general housekeeping duties within the kitchen and storage areas.

Requirements

o Basic computer skills for label preparation and printing.

o Attention to detail and accuracy in labelling and documentation.

o Good teamwork and communication skills.

o Responsible, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

o Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
