Job Description:

  • Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare employment-related letters and contracts.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and staff movement records.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and verification.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, facilities, and vendor services.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, correspondence, and reports.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and staff activities.
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Have knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act.
  • Experience in HR and administrative functions.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
