Job Description: QA/QC (Gas Industry)

Quality Reporting

• Report on quality-related issues such as CRN, RCI, and NCR.

Audit Support

• Assist the supervisor in conducting internal and external quality audits on-site.
• Support in executing the Quality Management System (QMS) internal audits (Quality Auditor certification required).

Documentation and Compliance

• Prepare and control project quality management system documentation prior to project commencement.
• Ensure production activities adhere to Standards and Procedures (SOP, WI) and comply with legal requirements.

Inspection and Certification

• Review CPC/COA and specifications for incoming raw materials.
• Issue BHIG Final Product Certificates of Compliance (COC) to consumers.

Measurement and Calibration

• Verify calibration of all measuring equipment, such as weighing machines, pressure gauges, and temperature gauges.
• Perform product inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.

Monitoring and Improvement

• Propose quality-related improvements to the production process.
• Provide feedback on customer complaints and suggest corrective actions.
• Monitor the use of measuring equipment to ensure safety and discard any that do not meet requirements.

Asset Management

• Responsible for the status and follow-up of COP assets.

Inspection Reporting

• Record inspection results by completing reports, summarizing rework, and determining the causes of product defects or rework (before, during, and after refilling, rejection, and customer returns).

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
