Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Overseeing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and offboarding
2. Handling all HR-related administrative tasks such as leave management, monthly payroll processing, and maintaining employee records
3. Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and best practices to support the organisation's objective.
4. Oversee office administration including office supplies, facility upkeep, maintenance.
5. Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
7. Assisting with ad hoc projects and other duties as required
Requirement:
1. Minimum Diploma / Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
Work Location: In person
