Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of project assets, including registration, tracking, movement, and disposal, following company procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset registers, IMS documentation, records, and reports.
- Assist internal audits, management system reviews, and compliance monitoring activities.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure assets are properly allocated, used efficiently, and safeguarded at project sites.
- Support document control activities, including document preparation, review, distribution, and revision of IMS and project-related records.
- Monitor adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on asset status, IMS performance, and compliance matters.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Project Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant experience in engineering, construction, or asset-based projects is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of ISO management systems and document control processes is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
