Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily warehouse documentation, DO, stock reports, and filing.
- Assist Warehouse Keeper with stock updates and data accuracy.
- Coordinate materials movement between warehouse, logistics, and production.
- Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports for management.
- Monitor inbound/outbound materials and update records promptly.
- Support warehouse administrative tasks, scheduling, and communication.
- Perform ad-hoc admin duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Business/Admin/Logistics.
- 1–2 years admin or warehouse coordination experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory or warehouse flow is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
