We are seeking a reliable and professional Personal Driver to join AI Elite Technology in Johor Bahru District, Johor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe, punctual and comfortable transportation of senior management and key stakeholders. As a Personal Driver, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of chauffeur services whilst maintaining the professional image and reputation of our company. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our business, allowing our leadership team to focus on strategic priorities whilst you manage their transportation needs efficiently and discreetly.

Key responsibilities

• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly whilst adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
• Plan and execute optimal routes to ensure timely arrival at all appointments and engagements
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and maintenance of assigned vehicle(s)
• Manage fuel, maintenance schedules and vehicle documentation in an organised manner
• Provide discreet and confidential transportation services whilst maintaining professional demeanour at all times
• Communicate effectively with passengers regarding travel arrangements, delays or route changes
• Assist passengers with luggage and ensure their comfort throughout journeys
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel expenses and travel logs
• Report any vehicle defects or safety concerns promptly to management
• Uphold company standards of professionalism, discretion and reliability in all interactions

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
