We are seeking a talented Senior Server to oversee front-of-house operations and ensure excellent service for all guests. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to lead a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service & Operations

• Welcome guests courteously and provide menu recommendations confidently.
• Handle guest feedback and requests promptly and professionally.
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards and sequence of service.

2. Team Support & Leadership

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely order delivery.
• Support the Captain or Supervisor in pre-service briefings and shift handovers.

3. Sales & Product Knowledge

• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of menu ingredients, allergens, and wine pairings.
• Ensure accuracy in order taking and billing.

4. Compliance & Standards

• Uphold FirePitz service standards, grooming policy, and hygiene practices.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
