Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients’ needs, risk profiles, and investment objective
• Develop tailored financial plans to support clients in achieving long-term financial goal
• Provide ongoing advisory and support, guiding clients through complex financial decision
• Stay updated on industry trends, financial products, and regulatory requirements to offer relevant and accurate advice
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust, loyalty, and long-term engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and continuously improve service delivery and client experience

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or related advisory roles
• Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
• Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to develop strategic, client-focused solutions
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the financial services industry
• A relevant bachelor’s degree is required; professional certifications such as CFP or CFA will be an added advantage.
