Job Responsibilities :

• Assist Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction & interior design projects from start to completion.
• Supervise site activities to ensure work progress is on schedule, within budget, and meets required quality standards.
• Coordinate and liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Monitor, control, and report daily site progress, including manpower, material, and equipment usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations at site.
• Prepare project documentation including site reports, progress claims, and meeting minutes.
• Attend site meetings, resolve technical issues, and provide support in problem-solving.
• Support procurement activities and material delivery scheduling to meet project requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of working experience in construction or interior design project supervision/management.
• Familiar with site management, project scheduling, and coordination.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and materials.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
• Possess own transport & valid driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
