Hiring: QA Analyst II | Singapore (Hybrid)

Russell Tobin is looking for a talented QA Analyst II to join a leading global technology organization in Singapore.

Location: Singapore (Hybrid – Minimum 3 days onsite)

Contract: 12 Months (Potential Extension)

Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts

Identify, document, and track software defects through bug management tools

Collaborate closely with Engineers and cross-functional stakeholders

Develop and enhance automation frameworks and testing strategies

Analyze system behavior, usability, database impacts, and software performance

Leverage AI tools and concepts to improve QA processes and defect detection

Required Skills:

Strong Automation Testing experience (Selenium or similar tools)

Programming knowledge in Java and/or JavaScript

Understanding of AI applications within Quality Assurance

Good SQL skills for database validation and testing

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

2–4 years of QA Automation experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
