• Supervise production line activities and adjust staffing to meet schedules
• Enforce quality standards and conduct regular quality inspections
• Manage quality testing for block production
• Lead, train, and support production line workers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Identify workflow improvements and implement lean practices
• Communicate goals and updates to team members and management
• Prepare production and quality reports

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Management or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduate are welcome to applied
• Knowledge in using MS Office
• Possess a good attitude with the initiative to learn
• Able to work independently as well as within a team
