Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer to support and maintain our organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT environment while providing technical support to users.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and device provisioning
  • Administer and maintain servers, storage systems, network equipment, and cloud services
  • Support Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, and business applications
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Manage LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, wireless networks, and internet connectivity
  • Support vulnerability management, patch management, and endpoint security initiatives
  • Investigate and respond to IT and security incidents
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and manage software licensing
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
  • Raise Purchase Orders (POs) for IT hardware, software licenses, subscriptions, and services in accordance with company procurement policies


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support
  • Solid working knowledge of: IT support and troubleshooting, Networking and Windows Domain environments, Microsoft 365 administration, AWS cloud technologies, Network and information security practices
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning
