Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional, personalised service that exceeds expectations and builds long-lasting, trusting relationships with our clients.
Sales Excellence: Proactively engage with customers in-store, recommend tailored products, effectively cross-sell, and consistently meet or exceed team sales targets.
Product Expertise: Act as a brand ambassador by staying ahead of the curve on market trends, competitor activity, new product developments, and the broader audio/music industry.
Technical Support: Educate customers on our technology and assist them with the setup and occasional installation of their audio systems.
Community Connection: Solicit and actively listen to customer feedback to better understand and serve the needs of our local community.
Store Operations: Ensure the interior and exterior of the store consistently reflect our premium brand standards and carefully comply with all inventory control procedures.
Experience: A proven track record in a customer-facing sales environment. Background in the luxury retail or tech industry is highly advantageous.
Mindset: A highly motivated, proactive team player who is eager to build a rewarding career in luxury and tech retail.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels. Conversational proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages is a strong advantage to help us connect with our diverse regional clientele.
Adaptability: The ability to think on your feet, adapt to immediate or unforeseen challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Passion: A genuine interest in music and the audio industry.
Availability: Flexibility to work on a rostered schedule, including weekends and public holidays, to support retail business needs.
