This role would be a contract position with possibility of conversion upon management discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Order Fulfillment Manager and Business Controllers to support the achievement of financial objectives related to revenue, gross margin, and inventory.
  • Support Order Fulfillment month-end close activities, forecasting, and budgeting processes, including revenue recognition, inventory management, cost of sales, and accruals.
  • Perform business performance analysis on revenue, gross margin, inventory, manufacturing overhead, operational variances, capital expenditure, and headcount.
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations to provide insights and support business decision-making.
  • Support strategic planning, annual operating plan, and financial forecasting activities in collaboration with Business Controllers and Order Fulfillment management.
  • Provide support on product transfer, new product introduction (NPI), and investment/project ROI analysis.
  • Collaborate with Cost Accounting, Business Controllers, and Operations teams on standard cost setting.
  • Participate in process improvement and automation projects to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, internal controls, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or a professional qualification in Accountancy.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle/SAP), OneStream, MicroStrategy, Power BI, or Power Query is an added advantage.
