Job description:

1. Processing order & upload daily order

• Receive and process customer orders through various channels such as email, or online platforms.

• Upload order and cross check the delivery, quantity & weight before release.

2. Process write-off

• Process item according to requested.

3. Request E-payment

• Request payment via B2B system

4. Transporter claim

• Cross check the quantity and GRN

• Check price following location

5. Filling Invoice

• Record invoice number

• File labelling

6. Others

• Other tasks as instructed from time to time

Job Requirements:

• 1 years of related experience preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
