Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and creative Product Development Senior Executive to support the planning, development, management, and execution of Bawal Group's product collections. 

This role will be responsible for product research, collection planning, product information management, product performance analysis, and coordination of new product development activities. The position plays a key role in ensuring all product information is properly maintained while supporting the successful launch of new collections in line with the company's brand strategy and market demands. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Management, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration, Product Development, Textile Technology, Graphic Design, or related field. 

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in product development, merchandising, product management, retail, fashion, or related industries. 

• Experience in fashion, apparel, retail, lifestyle, or consumer product businesses is an added advantage. 

• Strong analytical and organizational skills. 

• Good project coordination and communication skills. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools. 

• Experience with product databases, SKU management, and product documentation. 

• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar design software is an added advantage. 

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
