We are looking for a vibrant, high-energy Operations & Customer Experience Executive to join our team and keep the creative chaos running smoothly!
The Role
As our Operations Executive, you are the heartbeat of the studio. You will wear many hats—acting as the cheerful face welcoming our guests, the logistical wizard keeping the studio stocked, and the creative assistant helping us capture the magic for social media.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Experience & Studio Vibe (The Fun Stuff)
- The Ultimate Host: Welcome guests with a massive smile, check them in, and get them hyped up for their creative session.
- Inquiry Management: Promptly handle customer inquiries, bookings, and corporate/event partnerships via email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Guiding the Magic: Explain the art concepts, demonstrate tools, and ensure guests feel confident, safe, and ready to get messy!
2. Studio Operations & Prep (The Engine Room)
- Creative Prep: Master the art of studio prep—including paint making/mixing, balloon preparation, organizing canvases, and setting up stations.
- Studio Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment (yes, we get messy, but we need to reset the magic beautifully for the next session!).
- Stock-Take & Inventory: Keep a sharp eye on inventory. Conduct regular stock-takes of paint, canvas, tools, protective gear, and studio supplies so we never run out.
3. Digital Buzz & Content Creation (The Spotlight)
- Capture the Moments: Spot great moments in the studio and take photos/videos of smiling guests, epic paint splatters, and cool art pieces.
- Content Assistance: Assist the marketing team with creating fun, trendy TikToks, Reels, and social media updates to showcase the studio's energy.
