Role Description

We’re looking for someone who’s excited to bridge technology and business growth. In this role, you’ll help us expand our client base across HR/Payroll, Compliance, and Corporate Services, while also guiding how we use technology to deliver smarter solutions.

You’ll be leading projects, managing timelines, and making sure our tech implementations truly meet business needs while also driving sales, building strong client relationships, and representing Nahl 16 at events and workshops.

This role starts as commission‑based with the opportunity to transition into full‑time employment.

What we’re looking for

1. Proven sales/business development experience (B2B preferred).
2. Strong communication & negotiation skills.
3. Ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
4. Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
5. Familiarity with HR, compliance, or corporate services is an advantage.
6. Background in technology, IT projects, or solution delivery is a plus.
