Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
-Assist the buying team with daily purchasing activities and administrative tasks such as reports, sales recaps, price checks, and supplier queries.
-Coordinate with suppliers on new product listings, promotional pricing, and other buying-related matters.
-Provide accurate product, cost, and supplier data to the MIS Support Team to maintain data integrity.
-Ensure barcode and item information is correctly updated by liaising with buyers and suppliers.
-Respond promptly and professionally to supplier queries, delivering excellent service.
-Offer general administrative support to help the buying team achieve business goals.
What We’re Looking For
-Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reports and presentations.
-Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
-Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for retail.
