Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
- Manage benefits administration including enrollment, communication, and resolving employee inquiries.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment, benefits administration, talent acquisition, and onboarding.
- Fresh graduate with a passion in HR are also encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Malaysia.
