Job Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and continuously optimize AD, DNS, Exchange, virtualization platforms, servers, storage, networking, databases, backup systems, and security systems.
Establish maintenance standards and baseline configurations, and maintain version-controlled technical documentation.
Lead system upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning, deliver improvement reports, and enhance platform efficiency.
Implement system monitoring, routine maintenance, and disaster recovery drills, develop emergency response plans, and ensure high availability of infrastructure.
Independently troubleshoot faults and produce fault reports, and coordinate with vendors to close equipment issues.
Regularly generate task lists and operational reports to support daily management.
Achieve KPIs and meet SLA requirements.
Provide technical support for hardware replacement in on-premises data centers when needed.
Provide support for emergency incidents and off-hours responses as needed.
Complete other technical tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
At least 13 years of infrastructure support and management experience, including capacity planning and full lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade equipment such as switches, firewalls, and servers.
Proficient in Windows Server 2016/2022, Active Directory (AD), and virtualization platforms, with proven hands-on experience in failover clustering, infrastructure upgrades/migrations, and patch management.
Ability to independently deploy monitoring systems, complete inspections, configure alerts, and perform fault analysis.
Good written and spoken communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
Strong cross-team collaboration skills and experience in vendor communication.
