核心職責 (Key Responsibilities)
Product Roadmap & PRD | 產品藍圖與需求轉化 Collaborate closely with the core decision-making team to translate B2B industry pain points into rigorous Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and system architecture. 與核心決策團隊緊密配合,將 B2B 行業痛點轉化為嚴密的產品需求文件 (PRD) 與系統架構。
B2B Client Engagement | 客戶對接與需求梳理 Directly face B2B corporate clients, independently guide communications, gather business requirements, and manage client expectations. 直接面對 B2B 企業客戶,獨立引導溝通,梳理業務需求並管理客戶預期。
AI Workflow Design | AI 工作流設計 Utilize platforms such as ************* and LangChain to design scalable AI Agent collaborative workflows (including prompt engineering and parameter configuration). 利用 ************* / LangChain 等平台,設計高擴展性的 AI Agent 協同工作流 (Prompt 工程、參數配置)。
Team Delivery & Audit | 跨境團隊管理與進度審計 Break down requirements into daily WBS tasks, manage GitHub accounts, conduct Code Reviews, and track progress to ensure precise delivery control and prevent project delays. 將需求拆解為每日 WBS 任務。管理 GitHub 帳號並進行 Code Review 進度追蹤,精準控管交付進度,防止項目拖延。
Compliance & Integration | 安全合規與系統對接 Ensure cloud architecture complies with Hong Kong’s PDPO (Personal Data Privacy Ordinance). Work with engineers to guarantee smooth API integration between AI systems and third-party platforms/network hardware. 確保雲端架構符合香港 PDPO (私隱條例)。與技術工程師配合,確保 AI 系統與第三方平台/網絡硬體的 API 流暢對接。
職位要求 (Requirements)
A. Qualification & Experience | 學歷與經驗
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines. 計算機科學、軟件工程或相關學科畢業。
3+ years of experience as a Technical PM, System Analyst, or Product Owner. Prior experience in B2B enterprise SaaS development is preferred. 3 年以上 Technical PM / System Analyst / Product Owner 經驗。具備 B2B 企業級 SaaS 開發經驗者優先。
B. Technical Skills (Tech Stack) | 技術硬實力
Data: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) database concepts and modular design. Data: 熟悉 SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL) 數據庫概念與模組化設計。
AI (RAG Focus): Hands-on experience or deep knowledge of large model API integration, AI Agent workflows, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture with practical study cases. AI (著重 RAG): 對大模型 API 接駁及 AI Agent 工作流有實戰或深度認知,必須具備 RAG (檢索增強生成) 架構設計經驗及實戰案例 (Study Case)。
DevOps/Infra: Familiar with GitHub/GitLab; basic knowledge of network hardware deployment (AP/Switch) and MDM is a plus. DevOps/Infra: 熟悉 GitHub / GitLab;對網絡硬件部署 (AP/Switch) 及 MDM 有基礎概念者更佳。
C. Soft Skills | 軟實力
Strong business acumen and excellent progress review capabilities (able to accurately assess engineers’ actual development hours). Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English. 強烈的商業敏銳度與優秀的進度審查能力(能準確評估工程師真實開發時數);流利廣東話、普通話及英文。
