ZS TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD is seeking a talented Field Service Engineer to join our team in Melaka. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional on-site technical support and maintenance services to our valued customers. Your expertise and dedication will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of our innovative technology solutions.

What you'll be doing

Respond promptly to customer service requests and troubleshoot technical issues on-site

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections on our equipment and systems

Collaborate with the engineering team to diagnose and resolve complex problems

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all service activities

Provide training and guidance to customers on the proper use and care of our products

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service delivery processes

Willing to be called upon for overseas supporting jobs as deemed necessary

What we're looking for

Relevant degree or diploma in Engineering or a related technical field

Fluent in both Mandarin language and English language. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment

Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites as required
