TEGS Asia Industries Sdn Bhd is specializing in packaging material and equipment based in Sungai Mati, Tangkak. We provide comprehensive range of products and services including consultation, design and supply of packaging relevant products.

What you'll be doing:

• Reading blueprints and specifications.
• Perform inspection and test activity on incoming materials, in-process, and out-going.
• Responsible to ensure products delivered with quality, to reduce products rejection from supplier and products rejection to customer.
• Ensure production processes follow quality and safety standards.
• Monitor product traceability within production and warehouse.
• Ensure all inspection data are updated and inspection check sheets are filled up, verified, and filed accordingly.
• Provide immediate feedback to head of department on faulty materials / parts during QC inspection.
• Identify and separate defective or non-compliant products.
• Work closely with the production team to address quality issues.
• Investigate root causes of defects and suggest corrective actions.
• Trained production team on quality control measures to enhance product excellence.
• Take care of neatness & cleanliness for QC area.
• Any other responsibility and assigned by management.

Job requirement:

• Diploma & above.
• Experience in QC/manufacturing, preferably in a wood-based industry.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Able to speak & understand English.
• Has strong observational skills and commitment in maintaining high standards of quality.
• Strong understanding of production processes and product traceability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with production teams.
• Willing to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
