Job Summary
Support kitchen operations by preparing food labels, organizing storage items, and ensuring accurate product identification.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Kitchen Operations
o Prepare ingredients, vegetables, sauces, and basic dishes according to recipes and SOPs.
o Assist chefs in daily food preparation and cooking activities.
o Ensure ingredients are prepared and available for operational requirements.
o Support smooth kitchen workflow during operational hours.
Quality Control & Operational Support
o Follow recipe standards, portion control, and food presentation guidelines.
o Assist with stock preparation, inventory checks, and stock rotation.
o Minimize food wastage and maintain operational efficiency.
o Support kitchen team members in achieving daily production targets.
Hygiene, Safety & Compliance
o Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, equipment, and utensils.
o Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operational SOPs.
o Ensure proper handling, storage, and labelling of food products.
o Comply with workplace safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements
o Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
o Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
o Good teamwork and communication skills.
o Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
o Responsible, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
o Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
Work Location: In person
