• Conduct comprehensive battery diagnostics, including voltage testing, terminal inspections, and evaluation of overall battery condition.
• Perform on-site installations, replacements, and minor repairs at customer locations — whether at home, workplace, or roadside situations.
• Respond promptly to customer service requests and ensure timely delivery of professional support.
• Utilize proper tools and diagnostic equipment to complete tasks safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
• Provide clear guidance to customers on battery maintenance and offer recommendations to improve battery performance and lifespan.
• Maintain detailed and accurate service records, documenting findings, performed work, and parts used for each job.
• Uphold company safety standards and ensure compliance with operational and industry best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in automotive battery technology through continuous learning and training.
• Present a professional image by maintaining proper grooming, attire, and customer-friendly behavior at all times.
• Support marketing and promotional efforts by distributing flyers or engaging with potential customers in targeted areas.
