Responsibilities
1. Import & Export / Business Development Manager
Main Objective
Lead the overall business, manage key accounts, imports, profitability, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop annual sales and distribution strategy.
* Manage relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and overseas suppliers.
* Negotiate trading terms, pricing, rebates, promotions, and payment terms.
* Oversee importation process and inventory planning.
* Forecast sales and manage stock levels.
* Monitor P&L, margins, and profitability.
* Recruit, train, and manage sales and operations staff.
* Coordinate with Sahmyook Korea on supply planning and product launches.
* Ensure compliance with Malaysian regulations, Halal requirements, customs, and food regulations.
KPI
* Sales revenue achievement.
* Gross profit margin.
* New account acquisition.
* Inventory turnover.
* Forecast accuracy.
* Trade receivables collection.
Ideal Background
* 5–10 years FMCG experience.
* Experience managing modern trade accounts.
* Knowledge of import/export and supply chain.
* Existing retail network is an advantage.
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
