Job Vacancy: Production & Documentation Assistant (Halal & GMP Certified)

Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Cheras Jaya, Malaysia

We are a Halal- and GMP-certified organic and natural cosmetics manufacturer, dedicated to creating safe, sustainable, and high-quality beauty solutions. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated Production & Documentation Assistant to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily production of natural and herbal cosmetic products in a GMP-compliant and HALAL-certified manufacturing facility
• Carry out mixing, filling, and packing activities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards on the production floor at all times
• Perform basic in-process quality checks during production activities
• Assist in preparation, completion, and filing of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and production documents
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and controlled documents as directed
• Ensure all documentation is accurately completed, properly filed, and audit-ready at all times
• Support internal audit preparations and HALAL or GMP inspection activities when required
• Perform data entry and report preparation using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Report any production issues, equipment irregularities, or non-conformances to supervisor promptly
• Attend all GMP, HALAL, and company-required training programmes

Requirements:

• Diploma in any field — Science, Business Administration, or related discipline is an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply — full training will be provided
• Computer literate — proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Meticulous, organised, and detail-oriented
• Physically fit and able to work on the production floor when required
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to comply with GMP hygiene and PPE requirements
