JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Responsible for SMT line issues (screen print, component mount, reflow, flux cleaning) and internal/external quality feedback.
• Troubleshoot the root cause & apply precise corrective action to the issue.
• Carry out process analysis pertaining to SMT components and produce 8D report to IQA.
• Hands-on experience in interfacing with design engineers on design fabrication (DFF), design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA).
• To define SMT assembly process and to upgrade it.
• To deal with process abnormities.
• To improve pass rate and decrease rejection rate.
• To implement and testify special manufacturing processes.
• To set process parameters.
• To evaluate new components and new process.
• Any other duties assigned by immediate superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Min 2 Years' working experience in Fuji NXT SMT line.
• Good supervisory skills to lead the SMT team.
• Knowledge in SPC & Quality Standards.
• Proficiency in Mandarin & English preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
