Responsibilities
Requirements
- University degree IT / Engineering or equivalent, Certificate Holders of CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or MCSE is a plus
- 4 - 7 years' experience in technical support and administration for All Windows platforms including Microsoft Windows 11/10, Microsoft Office 2019/2016, Windows Server 2019/2016 (Active Directory Administration / Group Policy), Microsoft Exchange Server
- Understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching/Firewall
- Experience working with Cisco Firewall/switches
- Experience with virtualization software e.g. VMWare
- Experience in Azure, AWS, Citrix XenApp, SQL Server, Data Storage, SCCM, HA Cluster, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services and Cloud based Architectures will be an advantage
- Technical, analytical, interpersonal and organisation skills required
- Good in English and Cantonese language
(Candidates less experience will consider as System Engineer 25-30K)
Salary: 38 - 45K
(Central, 5 days, 8:30am – 6:00pm, Medical, 13 months salary, Extra Bonus, 16 days annual leave)
