Job Description

Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In-charge of material and production planning and scheduling of delivery.
  • To prepare various monthly report which related to planning.
  • To analyze production line capacity versus demand and perform calculations to determine required resources to meet demand.
  • To ensure production plan and finished goods inventory aligned with material and capacity forecast.
  • To compute operational machine, manpower requirement and process capacity.
  • To plan and manage production schedule to meet customer delivery requirement and best utilize the company’s productive capacity.
  • Interfaces with manufacturing personnel, the purchasing department and supervisors on a material planning and production planning report.
  • Receive and review sales order against current requirement and work in progress using material requirement planning report.
  • Monitors the status of assigned work orders and new projects, Supports operations that delay schedules and alters as needed.
  • Re-Scheduling to meet unforeseen conditions in terms of machines and manpower.
  • Schedule, expedite and coordinates the delivery and movement of critical material, including material transfers.
  • Meeting with Production Manager & Supervisor for the planned schedule.
  • Highlight the bottom necks on parts delinquency to the Purchasing and help to resolve it.
  • Liaise between Production & Purchaser on all material shortage issues and help resolve.
  • Monitor & work with Purchasing to expedite materials for production & delivery.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage the materials for delivering time-critical material to support production.
  • Perform any tasks as directed by superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least diploma/advanced/Higher/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • The ability of analytical and dynamic coordinators to cope with dynamic changes in requirements.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel and word.
  • Able to develop work schedules and monitor projects.
  • Able to formulate, look ahead, and recover schedule.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
